Don't miss Saluda's 47th Annual COON DOG DAY on Saturday, July 10. A celebration for dogs and their people! Great food, live music, parade, crafts, street dance, and more.
Come enjoy this homecoming event in downtown Saluda. What began as a chicken supper fundraiser for the local Coon Club has grown into an event that attracts over 10,000 people each year.
Live music on stage begins in the morning around 9 and continues all day until the end of the street dance at 10:00 PM.

The PARADE will be next with Hop Foster as MC. Mr. Foster has MC'd every single Coon Dog Day ever- this will be his 46th year. Everette and Martha Hardin have been asked to be Grand Marshals for this year's parade, and they've agreed to oblige as long as they are both physically able at that time.
Square dances on Main Street called by Archie Hardy and will be from 8-10 this year.
