Incarcerated Labor and building the WNCRR

The second in a series of public programs offered in conjunction with the Reclamation Park project. “Incarcerated Labor and Building the WCNRR” will be presented by public historian and graduate student from Western Carolina University, Danielle Duffy. She will explain the the states incarcerated labor system and its use to build the WNCRR.
