The Millwrites

Sat., July 13, 7-10 p.m. | The Millwrites is an Upstate South Carolina band that provides an eclectic mix of music genres. The four-piece group performs originals and cover songs from the 60s and 70s to the 2020s. Band members are songwriters Roy Smith Jr., lead guitar/vocals; Scott Scheel, rhythm guitar/vocals; Brandon Kimbrell, drums/percussion; and John Moseley, bass. With a lot of history performing everything from rhythm and blues to “beer drinking music,” the members have adapted to each other’s playing styles to bring an enhanced sound to the stage.
