Don Mintz Builders has served Saluda and surrounding communities since 1986, providing custom home construction and remodeling services. The local company works on residential and commercial projects, drawing on decades of hands-on building experience. Services include custom homes, log homes, renovations, rentals, land sales, and storage.
Building is a family tradition for Don Mintz, who learned the construction trade from his father and later worked alongside his brothers. His son Sean joined the family business after graduating from UNC Charlotte and later earned his NASCLA contractor’s license. Today, the company continues its longstanding connection to the Saluda community.
