Kit Lindsey

Kit Lindsey, a singer/songwriter hailing from Greenbrier, W. Va., is backed by bluegrass pickers to help her pair big sky honkytonk with messages that feel authentically Appalachian. Her robust voice is perfect for cowgirl blues. Growing up singing with her parents in church, she developed an early love of gospel, classic rock and folk music. Kit’s songwriting draws on the folk ballad and her live shows are reminiscent of the great outlaws of country music. Locals may remember her from her first band, West of Caroline.
