Pearson’s Falls & Glen is a biological preserve and Natural Heritage Site located on Pearson Falls Road in Saluda, North Carolina. The Tryon Garden Club has preserved and protected the property for nearly 100 years. Visitors follow an approximately quarter-mile, easy-to-moderate trail through the Glen to the waterfall. The preserve reopened in July 2026 after restoration following Hurricane Helene.
Today, Pearson’s Falls welcomes visitors through reserved general admission on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Capacity is limited to support a peaceful experience and protect the landscape. The Kirby Education Pavilion also provides a gathering space for school groups, nonprofits, and community organizations.
Pearson’s Falls is owned and maintained by The Tryon Garden Club, a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization.
